Solution

SFS decided to use Ethon and help its engineering team identify complex root causes with greater reliability, supported by custom live dashboards for fast actions. In collaboration with Ethon's dedicated forward deployed team, a small group of engineers committed one day per week to establish live streaming of the production data and test the solution until go-live.
